Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using PulseDesignCo's website, planner, service inquiry forms, account area, and related digital services.

Effective June 28, 2026

Services

PulseDesignCo provides website planning, website design, website redesign, branding, booking flow, service inquiry, and related digital product services for local service businesses.

The website planner, service inquiry forms, account area, and dashboard help us collect project information, review submissions, communicate with you, and organize future work.

Project Information

You are responsible for making sure the business, contact, service, pricing, testimonial, image, brand, and website information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or confidential third-party material unless you are authorized to use it for your project.

Accounts

If you create an account after submitting a website plan, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

We may restrict or close accounts that appear to be misused, fraudulent, abusive, or created in a way that interferes with the service.

Billing

Some services may require one-time fees, recurring hosting or maintenance fees, deposits, or custom payment terms. Any paid work will be described before you are charged.

PulseDesignCo expects to use Stripe for future payment processing. When Stripe billing is available, Stripe may collect and process payment details under its own terms and privacy notices. PulseDesignCo does not need to store full card numbers to provide billing support.

Client Content and Work Product

You keep ownership of the business materials you provide to us. You give PulseDesignCo permission to use those materials as needed to plan, design, build, support, and improve your project.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, final project ownership, licensing, launch details, ongoing hosting, maintenance, and cancellation terms will be handled in the project proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written communication for that service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site, planner, forms, dashboard, or related services to submit spam, probe systems, disrupt service, scrape private data, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may throttle, block, remove, or reject submissions that appear automated, abusive, suspicious, or unrelated to legitimate service inquiries.

Third-Party Services

The site and services may rely on third-party tools for hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, forms, payments, maps, content management, or infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we choose tools that support operating the site and serving clients responsibly.

No Guaranteed Results

We design and build with the goal of improving clarity, trust, and customer action, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, leads, revenue, bookings, or business outcomes.

Examples, testimonials, portfolio entries, and package descriptions are informational and do not promise identical results for every business.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site, services, account features, and billing workflows evolve. The effective date above reflects the latest posted version.

Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
